Assembly of structures, machines and process lines
Once the marking stage is completed, we proceed with the proper assembly of structural elements and equipment. This stage requires high precision, as the quality of alignment and anchoring directly affects the long-term reliability of the installation.

The scope of work includes:
• positioning structural elements, machines and line components according to layout and markings,
• anchoring equipment to the floor (mechanical or chemical anchors),
• levelling and alignment in X/Y/Z axes using lasers and levels,
• final tightening, securing and preparation for connections,
• installation of frames, conveyors, work platforms and support elements.

Connections, integration
and technical acceptance
Connections, integration
and technical acceptance
After the assembly is completed, we proceed with connecting utilities and integrating devices with the supervisory system. This stage determines the correct functioning of the entire process line.

The scope of work includes:
• electrical connections (power supply, control, grounding) and auxiliary installations,
• pneumatic and hydraulic connections if required,
• integration with the control system (PLC, industrial networks, sensors, drives),
• electrical measurements,
• functional tests and dry-run trials,
• verification of safety systems, interlocks and protections,
• preparation of as-built documentation and participation in technical acceptance.

Production and process lines
We carry out the assembly and expansion of process lines – from assembly systems to complete production lines. Our work includes component supply, installation, connection and commissioning.

We work based on documentation provided by the client or design office. We integrate devices, transport and control systems to form a coherent and reliable whole. We also offer modernisation of existing lines.
