One of the key elements ensuring efficient internal logistics are conveyor and transport systems. They are responsible for the smooth and safe flow of materials between workstations, technological lines, and storage areas.

What do we offer?
We deliver complete conveyor and transport systems – from the prefabrication of components to installation and integration with the plant’s existing infrastructure. Our systems are designed by external design offices or provided with complete documentation by the client, and we are responsible for their physical implementation.

Types of systems implemented
We select and build the appropriate internal transport system based on the client’s individual needs and the operating conditions in the facility. We install, among others:
- belt conveyors – for transporting light and medium-weight products,
- roller conveyors – powered or gravity-based, ideal for cartons, containers, and pallets,
- chain conveyors – resistant to heavy loads, used for example in the automotive sector,
- screw and bucket conveyors – designed for bulk materials, powders, and granulates,
- buffer tables, lifts, turntables – used for feeding, queuing, or changing the transport direction,
- hybrid systems – combining various conveyor types with automation and control.
Implementation process
- Site inspection and process analysis – we assess facility conditions, analyze material flow, and identify potential improvements.
- Selection of technical solutions – we choose suitable transport systems based on client documentation or conceptual guidelines.
- Prefabrication of components – we build the structures and select drives, control elements, and safety components.
- On-site installation – we install conveyors according to the schedule and in the agreed working regime (including without interrupting production).
- Integration and commissioning – we connect the systems to existing infrastructure, test operation, and configure according to production requirements.
- After-sales support – we provide inspections, maintenance, extensions, and service.
Conveyors integrated with automation
In many of our projects, conveyors are not standalone devices but form part of complex industrial automation systems. Therefore, the systems we install are compatible with:
- HMI panels and SCADA systems,
- optical, weight-based, and volumetric sensors,
- safety systems (E-STOP, light curtains),
- control cabinets we prefabricate in-house,
- higher-level MES and ERP management systems.
This enables full control over transport processes and real-time monitoring.
